  5. their autographs (SPORT, May 15) have appeared in the Business
  6. section? There is something slightly sleazy about a ballplayer's
  7. charging for his signature. And as for Joe DiMaggio's $30 price
  8. tag, say it ain't so, Joe.

  13.     If the majority of fans waiting in line for their favorite
  14. players' autographs are children, as your writer says, then from
  15. what I've seen, we are raising a generation of rather large,
  16. gray-haired and balding kids with age lines on their faces.
